Consultations are required to discuss the treatment plan and your individual needs in detail. Strand tests for hair colouring and hair extensions are required during your consultation to colour match and check the condition of your hair.
A patch test is also required to ensure the products we use are compatible with your skin to prevent any contra actions.
Deposits are required for specific treatments booked here at No.1 Hair & Beauty village. The deposit amount will depend on the treatment booked and they are NON – Refundable.
However, they can be transferred when an appointment is re-arranged within the notice period.
24hrs or more notice is needed for Rescheduling appointments.
48/72hrs notice is needed for Cancellations.
Failure to follow this policy will result in losing your deposit and you may incur further charges.
We perform a patch test to help prevent any contra actions or allergies to any products used. A contra action is a reaction that occurs during or after a treatment. However, this cannot always be entirely suppressed.
In the event of an allergy or contra action, we recommend you remove any product that is still on the skin, apply a cold compress and seek medical attention.
